1. General Terms
1.1. These terms govern the provision of hard surface repair and restoration services.
1.2. Booking a service means full acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking & Payments
2.1. How to book a service:
Customers can request a booking via the website, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Once photos have been reviewed, the customer will receive an estimate and booking confirmation.
2.2. Payment methods:
We accept bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and cash payments.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required.
Full payment is due upon completion of the work.
2.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Customers may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Work Completion & Guarantee
3.1. Service Completion Time:
Repair times vary depending on the extent of the damage and the surface type.
If additional work is required, customers will be informed before work proceeds.
3.2. Guarantee:
We provide a workmanship guarantee on all completed repairs.
If a repair fails due to workmanship within the guarantee period, we will rectify it free of charge.
The guarantee does not cover new damage, misuse, impact damage, wear and tear, or third-party damage.
4. Liability & Limitations
4.1. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects or hidden damage not visible before the repair.
4.2. Colour matching is performed to the highest professional standard, but an exact factory finish cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. We collect customer contact details solely for communication and booking purposes.
5.2. Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties.
