1. General Terms
1.1. These terms govern the provision of handyman & maintenance services.
1.2. Booking a service means full acceptance of these terms.

 
2. Booking & Payments
2.1. How to book a service:

Customers can request a booking via the website, WhatsApp, or phone.
Once confirmed, the customer will receive details regarding the date, time, and cost of the service.
2.2. Payment methods:

We accept cash and bank transfer.
For jobs over £500, a deposit of 30-50% is required.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
2.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Customers can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (£XX).
 
3. Work Completion & Guarantee
3.1. Service Completion Time:

The duration of work depends on its complexity.
If additional materials or extra time are required, the customer will be notified in advance.
3.2. 30-Day Guarantee:

The guarantee applies only to the quality of the completed work.
If an issue arises due to our work within 30 days, we will fix it at no additional cost.
The guarantee does not cover:Damage caused by the customer or third parties.
Issues caused by wear and tear or external factors.
Equipment failures if the customer provided the materials or appliances.
Customers must report any issues within 30 days of work completion.
 
4. Liability & Limitations
4.1. We are not responsible for unforeseen damages caused by hidden defects that could not be detected before starting the work.
4.2. We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the customer due to delays or force majeure circumstances.

 
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. We collect customer contact details (name, phone number, email) only for communication purposes and do not share them with third parties.
5.2. All bank transfer payments are processed securely in accordance with financial regulations.
